Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

Cancellation policies depend on the turf owner and will be shown during booking.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Turf owner cancels the booking
  • Technical issue causes failed booking
  • Cancellation within allowed time

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your booking, no refund will be issued unless specified by the turf owner.
